My first experience of coaching was quite by chance, but was incredibly inspirational.

I decided there and then that I wanted to train as a professional coach and enable other people to benefit from coaching.

I graduated with distinction from Europe's largest coach training school, The Coaching Academy, and set up Kaleidoscope Coaching shortly afterwards in 2008.

Coaching is still in its infancy in the UK, though it is huge in America and Australia and its estimated that coaching will grow significantly in the UK over the next few years.

In fact, since the beginning of 2010, I have noticed that Coaching is becoming more and more mainstream as people realize the benefits of working with a Life or Business Coach.

I work with clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and also by telephone for the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.

Sometimes, I work with other professional coaches on larger projects. We are all fully qualified and fully insured.

I am also a member of  Toastmasters International and attend its Linlithgow Speakers Club on a regular basis which is a great way to improve your communication skills.

I lost my Dad to cancer a few years ago, so I have chosen to donate 10% of all fees generated to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
