Coaching is always led by the wishes of the client, so you will never hear me telling you what I think you should do, after all you are the expert in your own life. My job is to draw to the surface whatever is inside you and facilitate the changes in you.
I coach clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and by telephone from the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.
