Coaching is a powerful tool which enables you to achieve your goals, quicker and more effectively than by acting alone

Coaching is non directive, putting you right at the heart of your decision making process.

You may have a specific issue in your life you would like to improve, or it may be a general feeling of dissatisfaction.

I can work with you to get right to the nub of the matter.

I will ask you lots of thought-provoking questions to get you to see your life from a whole new perspective.

I will then help you to clarify your thoughts into goals, whether these are around your career, finances, confidence levels, relationships - whatever it is that causing is you to question your current path.

You  will then be responsible for taking the steps needed to achieve your goals, with my support. Coaching isn't something you can do half-heartedly, you need to be committed to make changes.

By putting aside an hour regularly to work with your Coach, you will be making an investment in yourself and your future.

This will help you gain clarity on what is most important to you and then provide you with an action plan so that you can commit the time and effort to those areas that will bring you the greatest satisfaction.

Working with a Coach means that you have an objective supporter who will listen and challenge you to make the decisions that are right for you.

As your Coach, I am completely neutral so I have no vested interest in whatever decisions you make, other than helping you to move from where you are now to where you want to be.

All too often, we get caught up on the treadmill of daily life and forget to look up and check that we are still heading on the path to achieving what we want.

Working with a Life Coach can help you to chart the path to that success, whatever it means to you.

I coach clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and by telephone from the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.
