Strategic Planning & Performance Evaluation
Do you spend all your time working in the business and none of your time working on the business?
Working with a Coach will enable you spend some dedicated time working on the business, allowing you to focus on the bigger picture and the future of the business.
Typical areas for coaching around strategic planning and performance are as follows:
- What's your exit strategy ? - how long do you want this business to trade, will you sell it, pass it on or wind it up?
- Business planning -assistance to devise and write the plan
- Awareness of the cultural web of the organisation - shared values, strategy, structure, systems, staff, skills and style
- Measure systems and performance - you cannot manage what you cannot measure
Business Coaching is non-directive. I won't tell you what I think you should do, after all, you are the expert in your business.
I will work with you to facilitate change by raising awareness of these key areas, then help you to set goals to make improvements where required.
I will ask lots of thought-provoking questions and will use a wide range of business models to help you to see the business from all angles.
You will have clearly defined actions from each session and regular check in's with your Coach will ensure that the plan remains front of mind and becomes a reality.
