     Generally, each session lasts for 60 minutes and a course

     of 4 is recommended within the initial couple of months to

     ensure that there is sufficient momentum to make things

     happen.

 

     This can obviously be adapted to suit the pace that you are

     progressing towards your goal. Having completed one

     goal, you may even go for another !
