Coaching can take place over the telephone or face to face, so it is flexible to fit around your lifestyle. It is not counselling, nor is it therapy, its a goal orientated system to help you move forward be it in your personal or professional life.  

Generally, each session lasts for 60 minutes and a course of 4 is recommended within the initial month to ensure that there is sufficient momentum to make things happen.
