Coaching is a powerful tool which enables you to achieve your goals, quicker and more effectively than by acting alone

Coaching is non directive, so you are in the driving seat to improve your life. As your Coach, I simply facilitate the process.

This is much more powerful that directive approaches, after all, you are the expert in your life and you will know exactly what impact x will have on y.

To ensure the coaching process works, you, the client must be ready for change. If the issue that you are looking to resolve doesn't matter enough to you, then its unlikely that coaching will change that.

If you are committed to change and willing to put in the time and energy to do things differently, then Coaching is one of the most effective techniques available today.

Coaching is a process that enables you to take some time out of your busy schedule and make some definite decisions about what you want out of life. This could be in your personal life such as weight loss; confidence, career, stress management, relationships and more. Coaching can also be used in business to help individuals to become more effective and to make a positive impact on the bottom line.

Working with a Coach means that you have someone completely neutral with whom you can fully discuss the issue and who will offer unwavering support whilst we work together to help you to achieve your goals.

I will help you to clarify your thoughts, which you will then be responsible for delivering with my support.

By putting aside an hour on a regular basis to work with your Coach, you will be making an investment in yourself and your future. There is no better incentive for change than knowing that you have to check back in with your Coach to discuss your progress.

Working with a Coach means that you have an objective supporter who will listen and challenge you to make the decisions that are right for you.

I am absolutely passionate about coaching and know the benefits of the process first hand - it really can be life changing.

I coach clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and by telephone from the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.
