Time Management

Every single person in the world has 24 hours in a day, that’s 1,440 minutes, no more and no less.

President Obama and Gordon Brown have 24 hours in a day every day. Mother Theresa had the same 24 hours as does everyone on planet Earth. You do too.

Life Coaching can help you to plan your time more effectively so that you can fit in everything you want to do in your life.

Some people are naturally good at time management, or have learned it along the way, while others seem to rush from place to place, but seem somehow to stand still.

As a Life Coach, I will help you to get back in control of your time.

I'll ask you lots of thought-provoking questions to help you to recognise the areas of your life that you could use your time more effectively.

You will see where the gaps are and what you can do to give yourself more opportunities to spend your time doing the things that you want to do as well as the things you need to do.

I will be very direct with you when the situation calls for it, but always with your best interests at heart. For many people, Life Coaching can be a completely refreshing, life changing experience.

Once you identify which aspects of time management you want to change, we set about creating goals for the future to create a better balance of the use of your time.

At the end of each coaching session, you will have a list of actions that you will work on to help you move towards your goals and towards a better future.

You will check in with your Coach regularly to ensure that you stay on course and get to where you want to go.

I coach clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and by telephone from the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.
