Stress is an everyday part of life for most people. Whilst some stress can be useful to help you move forward, too much stress can be damaging.


Whilst it would be very difficult to lead a stress-free existence, it is very useful to spend some time identifying the triggers and then plan how to deal with these most effectively.

Working with a Life Coach is a highly effective way to overcome stress by channelling your thoughts into better ways of dealing with it.

I will help you gain clarity and focus on your stress triggers, then work with you to find effective methods of combating these, using coaching and nlp (neuro-linguistic programming) techniques.

As your Life Coach, I will never judge you and you can be 100% assured that all details will remain completely confidential.

Working with someone completely neutral and independent with whom you can be completely honest can be hugely beneficial in helping you to be in control of your wellbeing and your responses to stress.

My job is to listen and support you, whilst asking you the questions other's wouldn't feel appropriate so that we get right to the nub of the issue.

I will be very direct and challenging when the situation calls for it, but always with your best intentions at heart.

I coach clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and by telephone from the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.
