Losing Weight and Getting Fit

Working with a Life Coach can be an extremely effective way to bolster your motivation to lose weight and get fit.

Life Coaching can help you to to gain clarity and understanding around why you are not currently where you want to be with weight / fitness levels.

If we are able to establish that if is important enough for you to want to change, I can work with you to set some goals for weight loss or increased fitness.

I use a number of techniques such as visualisation and positive affirmations to assist you as well as more practical solutions like creating a food diary or exercise plan.

Life Coaching can work hand in hand with Personal Training or as part of a weight loss programme. I will work with you on the thought-processes you will need to get you there.

At the end of each coaching session, you will have a list of actions that you will work on to help you move towards your goals and towards a better future.

You will check in with your Coach regularly to ensure that you stay on course and get to where you want to go. There is no better incentive than knowing that you will be checking in with your Coach to go through your actions taken so far.

I will be very direct and challenging when the situation calls for it, but always with your best intentions at heart. For many people, Life Coaching can be a completely refreshing, life changing experience.

As a Coach, I will never judge you or tell you how I think you should do. I will work with you to support and challenge you to get there yourself, facilitating the process for change.

I coach clients face to face in West Lothian, Edinburgh and Glasgow and by telephone from the rest of the UK, whichever method suits you and is most practical.
