• Try out an initial free 30 minute life coaching or hypnosis session on me and find out if I'm the right therapist for you, thereafter you may book as follows:

• 1 x 60 minute (1-2-1) session is £40 for a telephone coaching session and £50 for face to face life coaching or hypnosis. In Edinburgh, I work from Daybreak House a private therapy clinic, for which there is also a £10 per hour room hire fee.

• Block bookings (4 x 60 minute sessions) booked; paid for and used within 6 months is £150 for telephone life coaching sessions or £180 face to face life coaching or hypnosis.

• Additional packages can be tailored to suit your needs.

• 10% of all fees generated are donated to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
