My first experience of life coaching was quite by chance, but was incredibly inspirational.

I decided there and then that I wanted to train as a professional coach and enable other people to benefit from coaching.

I graduated with distinction from Europe's largest life coach training school, The Coaching Academy, and set up Kaleidoscope Coaching shortly afterwards in 2008.

Life Coaching is still in its infancy in the UK, though it is huge in America and Australia and its estimated that life coaching will grow significantly in the UK over the next few years.

Since the beginning of 2010, I have noticed that life coaching is becoming more and more mainstream - in magazines, on the radio and on TV as people realise the benefits of working with a Life Coach.

I completed my Certificate in Hypno-Psychotherapy (Credit Grade) from the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy in 2011 and am now working towards my Diploma. This means that I am well equipped to deal with the most common reasons that people seek out hypnotherapy, such as weight loss; confidence boosting and smoking cessation.

I love being around positive 'can do' people and meeting others interested in self-development.

I regularly attend places where I can meet them including Linlithgow Speakers Club, part of Toastmasters International.

I often work with other life coaches and therapists from various organisations including:

I lost my Dad to cancer a few years ago, so have chosen to donate 10% of all fees generated to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
